Never free

At my job there is mostly africans and somolia. I am pretty much the only African american male. I was having a conversation wit one of my co workers who is from the ivory coast. He was tellling me how he left because of how bad it was there, he told me that five years ago they still were not free and now with them on the way to having a new and better governor, things are better. He told me there was fighting and killing everyday. He said africa realisticly is the richest country thats why till this day other countries are tryin to own ceartain things and control diffrent parts of africa. This made me think how after years years and years of slavery how some parts of the world blacks are still fighting.
